You have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive industry. Your communication style is clear, professional, and friendly, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and internal teams alike. You enjoy creative problem solving and thrive on taking on new challenges, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs.

Your project management skills are exceptional, and you have a proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a self-directed learner, you are highly motivated to succeed and appreciate the nuances of a SaaS business model. A true appreciation for cars and familiarity with the automotive industry will help you connect with customers and understand their needs better.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process, ensuring that they receive top-tier customer service and support across all product areas. You will assist in training customers to ensure a successful beginning to their journey with Shopmonkey, coordinating deliverables with various internal departments to facilitate smooth transitions.

Your responsibilities will include communicating thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business. You will learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry, using this knowledge to enhance customer interactions and drive satisfaction.
