Who you are

You have at least 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and possess a clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style. You enjoy creative problem solving and thrive on taking on new challenges, demonstrating exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task. As a self-directed learner, you are highly motivated to succeed and adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs. You have a true appreciation for cars and are familiar with SaaS business models and tools.

What you'll do

As the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process, you will deliver top-tier customer service and support across all product areas. You will assist in training customers to ensure a successful beginning of their journey with Shopmonkey. Coordinating deliverables with various internal departments will be a key part of your role, as will communicating thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business. You will learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and the automotive industry to provide the best possible support.

What we offer

In the United States, the salary range for this position is typically between $60,000 to $70,000, plus bonuses and equity. You will be part of a best-in-class implementation team that is revolutionizing the automotive industry with five-star customer service.
