You have a proven track record of leading customer success teams, ideally in a growth-stage internet or software company. Your experience includes managing enterprise accounts and developing consultative skills within your team. You are passionate about customer engagement and understand the importance of driving revenue through strong client relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at working cross-functionally to meet client needs. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of Customer Success Managers. You will develop and implement a long-term vision and strategy for the team, ensuring alignment with Stripe's goals. You will be accountable for increasing revenue and managing day-to-day operations, while also working directly with executives at key enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include coaching your team to enhance their consultative and solution-based skills, as well as driving engagement models focused on high-growth accounts.
