Overview
Pleo is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer growth and expansion. You'll focus on nurturing relationships and unlocking expansion opportunities within existing accounts. This role requires a commercially-minded approach to account management.

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in customer growth and expansion. What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Mid-Market Account Management Team at Pleo, where your primary focus will be on growing and expanding our existing customer base. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them maximize the value they receive from our spend management solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to track and report on account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
