You have over 11 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to executing data analytics projects. Your background in the services industry has equipped you with a strong understanding of business intelligence and data analytics challenges. You excel in team management, delivery management, and customer handling, making you a trusted leader in your field.

Your expertise in translating ambiguous client business problems into actionable BI solutions sets you apart. You have a proven track record of overseeing multi-client BI and analytics programs, effectively managing competing priorities and timelines. Your ability to build trust with senior stakeholders through strategic insights and delivery credibility is a key strength.

You are skilled in nurturing talent within your team, helping to recruit and onboard new members while directly managing a team of 15 to 20 individuals. Your strong problem-solving skills allow you to prioritize conflicting requirements and ensure that your team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business impact.

Desirable

Experience in managing compliance, access controls, and data quality frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with industries such as CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing will enhance your ability to address specific client needs.

What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering and other functions to achieve common goals, ensuring that project schedules align with customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include building trust with senior stakeholders, translating client business problems into BI solutions, and implementing these solutions effectively. You will oversee multiple analytics programs, ensuring that your team meets competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
