What you'll do

As the Data & Analytics Manager, you will lead KnowBe4's central data team, overseeing the development and implementation of the company's data strategy. You will be responsible for establishing the technical direction for data initiatives and ensuring that the data platform meets the needs of various business units. Your role will involve collaborating with different departments to provide analytical support and drive data-informed decision-making.

You will manage a team of data professionals, guiding them in leveraging predictive analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
