Who you are

You have 6-10 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Management, or People Operations — you've successfully managed large pools of early-career talent, guiding them through their initial professional experiences. Your background includes a strong understanding of data and analytics, which you leverage to drive performance insights and improve intern engagement. You are adept at using tools like Excel and SQL to manage allocation and performance dashboards, ensuring that you can forecast demand and proactively plan resource movement.

You possess excellent mentoring skills — you enjoy guiding interns and freshers, helping them navigate their early careers while ensuring they are effectively deployed to projects. Your experience includes tracking billability, utilization, and productivity, which allows you to maintain a high level of performance readiness among your team. You are a strong communicator, capable of partnering with Learning & Development and HR Business Partner teams to enhance engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of 200-400 interns and freshers across multiple batches, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their journey. You will track their deployment and performance, ensuring that they are effectively utilized and supported. Your responsibilities will include maintaining real-time resource availability and deployment pipelines, reducing bench time, and monitoring future demand to plan ahead.

You will also evaluate skill matrices to inform deployment decisions and identify upskilling needs. By applying data insights, you will forecast demand and proactively plan resource movement, ensuring that the organization is always prepared for upcoming projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with delivery teams to match talent supply with project demand, ensuring that all interns and freshers are effectively integrated into the workflow.
