What you'll do
As an Associate Implementation Engineer at Signal AI, you will partner with the Sales team to understand prospects' goals and technical landscapes, translating their requirements into tailored configurations across our WebApp and API products. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the possibilities of our AI solutions, providing technical expertise during the sales cycle. Once a client is onboarded, you will take ownership of the technical design and configuration of their solutions, ensuring they are set up for long-term success. You will develop creative and scalable solutions to meet unique client needs, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you engage with clients and contribute to their journey with our platform.
