You are proactive in your communication, providing encouragement and updates to all involved personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will be the vital link between our cutting-edge platform and our clients, helping them translate their unique business needs into effective technical reality. You will assist clients with one-off AML scenario and rule requests, including new rule builds and amendments to existing rules. Your role will involve managing projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. You will develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with Customer Success Managers during all project phases, from initial kickoff through implementation. You will monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Your insights will be crucial in feeding back to our product teams to enhance our offerings.
