Overview
Signifyd is hiring a Principal, Strategic Accounts & Insights to drive success and expansion within their largest customer portfolio in Mexico and Chile. This role requires expertise in fraud, e-commerce, and payments.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in customer success, particularly within the fraud, e-commerce, and payments landscape — you've successfully managed complex accounts and understand the nuances of driving customer satisfaction and retention. Your ability to proactively engage with clients and mitigate churn risks has been proven in previous roles, where you've demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You possess strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Implementation, and Risk — your ability to communicate effectively across departments ensures that client needs are met and exceeded. You are results-oriented, focusing on achieving both individual and team targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What you'll do
As a Principal, Strategic Accounts & Insights, you will own the success of Signifyd’s most complex and strategic accounts in Mexico and Chile — your role will involve engaging existing merchants, onboarding new clients, and driving net revenue retention. You will be responsible for developing strategies that enhance customer relationships and ensure that clients derive maximum value from Signifyd’s offerings.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing any issues that arise and proactively seeking opportunities for account expansion. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Strategic Customer Success team, as you work to identify trends and best practices that can be shared across the organization.
