SimpliSafe is hiring an IT Engineer I to provide technical support and empower team members in their Richmond office. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring colleagues have the tools they need to succeed.

What you'll do

As an IT Engineer I at SimpliSafe, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues for team members in the Richmond office.
