What you'll do

As an IT Engineer I at SimpliSafe, you will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues for team members in the Richmond office. You will collaborate with the IT User Solutions Team and other IT groups to ensure that all employees have the necessary tools and support to perform their jobs effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical problems, providing hands-on assistance, and ensuring that all technology-related inquiries are addressed promptly.
