Who you are

You have a strong background in IT support with a focus on SaaS operations — your experience includes managing cloud-based applications and ensuring their seamless operation across organizations. You are skilled in license management and vendor governance, understanding the importance of cost optimization in SaaS environments. Your technical expertise allows you to act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating closely with IT, Finance, and Security teams to maintain application security and alignment with business goals.

You thrive in environments where you can leverage your problem-solving skills to address technical challenges — your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can translate technical issues into actionable insights for stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience with specific SaaS applications and tools is a plus — familiarity with cloud platforms and their operational intricacies will help you excel in this role. A background in IT project management or experience in a similar role will also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of SaaS operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the L3 escalation point for all SaaS and application-related technical issues — your responsibilities will include managing the entire SaaS application lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all applications are secure, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's goals. Your role will involve analyzing usage patterns and costs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for SaaS management — this includes establishing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Collaborating with IT and finance teams, you will help to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of SaaS operations.
