What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain LangChain's IT infrastructure, ensuring it scales with the company's rapid growth. You will drive automation initiatives to reduce manual toil and improve efficiency, utilizing your skills in scripting and workflow tools. You will implement monitoring practices that enable operational excellence, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will own and mature the identity strategy, implementing secure access controls that follow the principle of least privilege. You will administer the Mac fleet using Kandji MDM, ensuring that all devices are secure and compliant with company policies. Your contributions will be vital in establishing a robust IT foundation that supports the company's mission.
