You have a strong background in global sourcing and supplier management, particularly in the electronics sector. Your experience includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings. You possess excellent negotiation skills and are adept at managing service costs associated with new product introductions. You understand the importance of performance measurement and improvement in supplier relationships, ensuring that all parties meet their commitments. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing time between the office and remote work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and implement global sourcing strategies for electrical and electronic commodities. You will lead the supplier selection process, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP, to identify and onboard new suppliers. Your responsibilities will include negotiating service costs and ensuring that all agreements align with the company's goals. You will monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary, fostering strong relationships to enhance collaboration. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that sourcing strategies align with product development timelines and quality standards.
