Overview

SingleStore is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts with large strategic customers. You'll build C-suite relationships and close multi-million dollar deals. This position requires a strong sales background and a value-selling approach.

Who you are

You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in closing new business and expanding existing accounts. You excel at building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives, consistently achieving multi-million dollar deals through a value-selling approach that connects technology to measurable business outcomes. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute territory and account plans that align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), maximizing win rates and increasing customer lifetime value.

You thrive in complex sales environments, adeptly managing multiple concurrent customer sales cycles while focusing on new logo acquisition. Your ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and manage complexity across decision-makers sets you apart. You are a collaborative partner, working closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing teams to drive deal strategy and pipeline generation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of large, strategic customer accounts, developing deep relationships and understanding their unique needs. You will lead the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while achieving revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include executing strategic territory and account plans, managing complex deal timelines, and leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.

You will also collaborate with Channel partners to support pipeline development and co-selling efforts, enhancing the overall sales strategy. Your role will require you to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of SingleStore's software products, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. You will be rewarded with competitive compensation, including uncapped commissions and accelerators, as you contribute to the growth of this fast-growing software startup.

What we offer

SingleStore offers a competitive base salary range for this role, if based in Boston, Chicago, New York, or Dallas, of $150,000 - $185,000 USD per year. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success.
