Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and you thrive in a role where you can advocate for clients while also driving business outcomes. You are skilled at analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies that enhance their experience with the product. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive and detail-oriented, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for your customers. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Singular's most advanced customers, guiding them through the post-sales journey. You will work closely with the Solutions team to ensure that customers are successfully onboarded and are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. You will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for necessary product enhancements. You will also develop and deliver training sessions to help customers understand the features and benefits of the platform. Your goal will be to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes and see measurable success from their investment in Singular's solutions.
