What you'll do

As a Solution Analyst, you will support and lead key work streams across implementation delivery, owning outcomes rather than just tasks. You will partner with Solution Architects to gather requirements, confirm scope, and design solutions that align with customer processes. Your role will involve building and configuring Sitetracker and Salesforce components, including data models, fields, automation, and reporting.

You will manage work stream delivery by overseeing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring that there are no surprises for stakeholders. Running working sessions with customers will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will ask the right questions, document decisions, and translate outcomes into actionable steps for the build process. You will also support testing cycles to ensure that implementations meet quality standards.
