As a Solution Architect at Sitetracker, you will engage directly with customers to gather requirements and understand their unique business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the implementation process. Your insights will help shape the direction of projects, and you will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during implementation.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in training and supporting customers post-implementation, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the solutions effectively.
