You are a skilled Account Executive with a strong background in sales and client management. You have experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in HR solutions, and understand the unique needs of operational teams. You are fluent in Spanish and have a good command of English, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and managing relationships with clients across Spain. You will work closely with operational teams to understand their needs and ensure that Skello's HR solutions meet their requirements. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide training, and support clients in utilizing the platform effectively. Your goal will be to optimize client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance user engagement and drive growth. You will analyze market trends and client feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings. Your role will also involve participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Skello's solutions and expand the company's presence in the market.
