You have experience in account management or customer success, ideally within a SaaS environment β you understand the importance of client engagement and satisfaction in driving business success. You are fluent in Spanish and have excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and have a knack for relaying client feedback to improve product offerings. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with technical and product teams to ensure client success. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing a portfolio of 200-300 clients effectively. You are passionate about helping businesses succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Agicap, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients in the Spanish market. You will engage with clients immediately after their training to ensure they derive maximum value from our platform. Your role will involve actively participating in the identification and qualification of upsell opportunities, helping business leaders manage their companies effectively. You will serve as the voice of the client, relaying feedback to our technical and product teams to contribute to product development. You will also share your expertise and ideas to enhance the team's performance and client satisfaction.
