Skello is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Italian market to build and nurture relationships with customers. You are an experienced Customer Success Manager with a proven track record in building and nurturing client relationships. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and retention, and you thrive in a role where you can directly impact the success of your clients. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of your customers as they evolve. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring that clients are fully onboarded and trained on the product.
You have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry and are passionate about helping frontline teams optimize their work organization. You are familiar with the challenges faced by HR teams and can empathize with their needs, allowing you to provide tailored support and solutions. You are results-driven and enjoy setting and achieving goals that contribute to the overall success of the company.
What you'll do
As the first Customer Success Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-sales process. This includes onboarding new clients, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure their success with Skello's HR solution. You will work closely with the Country Manager for Italy to define the customer journey and develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
You will proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the necessary resources and support to maximize their use of the platform. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services. You will also gather feedback from clients to help inform product development and improvements.
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer success strategy for the Italian market, contributing to Skello's expansion efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in refining the customer journey and enhancing the overall user experience.
