You are a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager with a passion for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes. You possess a deep understanding of professional services and adoption strategies, along with a track record of delivering impact to customers. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills enable you to drive results through collaboration with internal and external teams. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are committed to guiding customers through their post-sales journeys.
Desirable
Experience in organization change management is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered transformation programs. You are curious and self-propelled, with a genuine interest in the transformative power of automation. You understand the importance of building and maintaining comprehensive value delivery plans to achieve customer objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the customerβs overall adoption strategy, ensuring timely and successful implementation of automation solutions. You will lead and orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery, coordinating across various internal and external workstreams. Your mission is to guide customers through their post-sales journeys, helping them navigate the complexities of automation and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize the value of UiPath's solutions.
