Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success, with experience in managing client relationships post-sale. Your focus is on maximizing platform usage and ensuring compliance completion rates, making you the face of Delve for our customers. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and provide stellar support. You are a problem-solver who takes initiative without being asked, and your positive attitude reassures customers that they made the right choice with Delve. Technical fluency is a plus, especially in configuring AWS and engaging in security stack conversations.

Desirable

While not mandatory, having a technical background will help you navigate conversations about our platform's capabilities and assist customers in maximizing their experience. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable during peak product usage hours, understanding that customer success is paramount.

What you'll do

In this role, you will run effective onboarding calls to guide customers to their first value quickly. You will drive ongoing engagement and platform usage, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also see the value in renewing and expanding their contracts with us. You will proactively surface wins and identify expansion opportunities, reinforcing the positive impact Delve has on their operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive tone in every interaction, providing closure to customers, and championing Delve in all communications. You will regularly show ROI to clients, quantifying the time and money they save by using our platform.
