You have a strong background in Linux systems and networking — your expertise allows you to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively. You enjoy working directly with customers, helping them understand and manage their technology. Your communication skills enable you to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You are resourceful and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments where you can apply your technical knowledge to real-world challenges. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires you to be on-site with customers about 40% of the time. You are passionate about technology and eager to support customers in achieving their goals with drone technology.
Desirable
Experience with drone technology or UAS systems would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to assist customers effectively. Familiarity with cloud services and integration processes can also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the installation and management of drone docking stations on their private networks. You will provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring customers are set up for success with their new systems. You will guide customers through the technical validation process, helping them learn to operate their drones and manage their software stack. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues as they arise and providing solutions that enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with the Launch Team to drive value to customers and ensure seamless service delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers integrate their drone systems with existing infrastructure, making you a key player in their operational success.
