Who you are
You have a strong background in enterprise application integration and network operations, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex hardware and software integrations. Your deep knowledge in WiFi and cellular networking allows you to effectively support customers in optimizing their UAS systems. You are adept at configuring and troubleshooting Cloud REST integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency.
You possess a solid understanding of IoT and Cloud-Cloud connectivity issues, enabling you to diagnose and resolve challenges that arise in these environments. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly makes you an effective ambassador for Skydio products, helping customers understand best practices and operational strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team of subject matter experts dedicated to providing exceptional support to Skydio's commercial, state & local government, and educational customers. You will advise customers on operational best practices, ensuring they maximize the potential of Skydio's products. Your responsibilities will include providing best-in-class wireless communications support and managing cross-Cloud data pipelines.
You will engage with customers both remotely and on-site, demonstrating Skydio hardware and software products while performing device firmware updates and troubleshooting. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through complex installations and integrations, ensuring they have a positive experience with Skydio's technology. You will also collaborate with internal teams to keep them informed about customer experiences and feedback, driving continuous improvement in product development.
