What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Support Representative at Skydio, you will be the first point of contact for commercial customers seeking assistance with their autonomous drone systems. Your role will involve working closely with the Customer Success organization to enhance customer enablement and retention strategies.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with product teams to provide insights from customer interactions that can inform product development and enhancements.
