What you'll do

In this role, you will join the Slice team as a Customer Experience Representative, where your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from restaurant partners. You will process orders and utilize internal systems to ensure that orders are transmitted accurately and promptly to our partners. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of customers, helping them transition smoothly to our phone product. You will also be expected to meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the operations team. As part of your role, you will engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
