You have a proven track record in channel management and sales, particularly within the SaaS and unified communications ecosystems. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of channel-led go-to-market strategies and thrive in complex, consultative sales environments. Your ability to manage relationships with partners and drive growth through strategic initiatives is key to your success.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans. Your experience in compliance and cloud services equips you to navigate the regulatory landscape effectively. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating value propositions to both partners and customers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Channel Account Manager at Smarsh, you will be responsible for driving regional growth through strategic partnerships across South Africa and the broader SADC region. You will focus on promoting CallCabinetβs voice compliance and SaaS recording solutions, enabling partners to grow their recurring revenue and deliver measurable value to regulated and enterprise customers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with partners to understand their needs and align them with Smarsh's offerings.
You will develop and execute channel strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive sales performance. This includes conducting training sessions, providing marketing support, and ensuring partners have the necessary resources to succeed. You will also analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine your approach.
