You have a strong background in partner management or alliances, ideally with experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Your ability to drive business growth through collaboration is a key strength, and you are comfortable engaging with executives to position Vonage as a top communication partner. You are results-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged. You have excellent communication skills and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum on partner strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the ServiceNow referral business by building, nurturing, and managing relationships with ServiceNow teams and ecosystem partners. You will align Vonageβs sales representatives with their ServiceNow counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunities. Your responsibilities will include owning executive alignment and sales engagement, ensuring that Vonage is recognized as ServiceNowβs top communication partner. You will plan and lead joint field events with ServiceNow, both partner-facing and customer-facing, to enhance collaboration and visibility. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally within Vonage to maintain momentum on partner strategy and achieve joint outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in expanding Vonage's footprint within the ServiceNow ecosystem, driving pipeline and revenue growth.
