Smarsh is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical point of contact during the B2B sales cycle. You'll collaborate with sales, product teams, and professional services to support enterprise clients. This role requires strong technical acumen and experience in a solutions-oriented environment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales and solutions engineering, with a proven track record of supporting enterprise-level clients. Your experience in regulated industries allows you to understand the compliance and risk management needs of organizations. You excel in collaborating with sales teams and have a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. You are proactive in identifying client needs and are dedicated to providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for the solutions aspect of the B2B sales cycle.
