Who you are
You are a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within large organizations of 5,000+ employees. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building long-term customer partnerships, understanding that success comes from nurturing relationships and delivering value.
With your experience, you have developed and executed comprehensive account plans that drive significant revenue growth. You are results-oriented and have consistently exceeded sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively lead primary and secondary account teams. Your ability to partner with Sales Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success teams ensures that you deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Desirable
Experience in the software industry is a plus, particularly with tools that empower teams to automate processes and uncover insights. Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar work management solutions will give you an edge in understanding customer requirements and positioning the product effectively.
What you'll do
In this strategic role, you will focus on driving expansion sales within a select portfolio of large enterprise accounts. You will lead the development of account strategies that deepen existing customer relationships and expand Smartsheet's footprint across various departments within these key accounts.
Your responsibilities will include exceeding quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by identifying new opportunities and executing on your account plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively.
You will also be responsible for conducting regular business reviews with your clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the solutions provided and identifying areas for further growth. Your ability to analyze customer data and market trends will help you make informed decisions that drive success.
