You are a results-driven Account Executive with a strong understanding of SaaS and digital marketing — you have experience in direct B2B sales and are adept at navigating the complexities of the eCommerce landscape. Your strategic thinking allows you to align business goals with actionable solutions, optimizing long-term success over short-term gains. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive collective success. Your adaptability enables you to navigate ambiguity and respond effectively to evolving business needs. You are passionate about building relationships and are committed to being the face of Yotpo in the region, both online and offline.
Desirable
Experience in the eCommerce sector is a plus, as is familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies. You are competitive yet understand the importance of teamwork, always striving for group success while pushing for change in the industry. Your ability to communicate effectively in French will be essential in engaging with clients in the French market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be integral to Yotpo's growth strategy within the French market and beyond — you will introduce our AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions to new prospect accounts across various industry verticals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing up-sell and cross-sell initiatives with existing clients. You will collaborate with marketing, partners, solutions engineers, and product specialists to ensure a seamless client experience. Your strategic approach will help you understand broader business goals and offer tailored solutions that drive conversion and strengthen customer relationships. You will be expected to share learnings with the broader team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
