Who you are
You have 3-5 years of full-cycle closing experience in a SaaS usage-based model, HR tech, or B2B services β you've developed relationships with new customers and served as a consultant, demonstrating your ability to exceed new business quotas. Your experience ideally comes from a high-velocity startup or Fortune 100 environment, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced sales cycle.
You thrive in a consultative sales environment, understanding the importance of delivering value to customers while driving predictable, repeatable growth. Your ability to run high-quality discovery sessions and demos ties Snappyβs value to customer initiatives, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the benefits of the solutions you offer.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation, working closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. You will collaborate with Revenue Development Representatives, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams to maintain pipeline flow and facilitate seamless handoffs. Your role will involve accurately forecasting and maintaining CRM hygiene to reflect real-time deal status, ensuring that you are always on top of your sales pipeline.
You will participate in coaching, role plays, and strategy sessions to refine your pitch and execution, continuously improving your sales techniques and approaches. Your mission is to expand Snappyβs footprint in the mid-market segment, driving consistent revenue and measurable customer impact through your efforts.
What we offer
Snappy offers a competitive compensation structure with a total compensation range of $110,000-$130,000 On Target Earnings. You will be part of a team that values transparency and collaboration, working in a remote environment that allows you to thrive while contributing to the company's mission of spreading joy through gifting.
