Nextiva is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales of their customer experience products. You'll engage with mid-market clients through targeted outreach and effective deal management. This role requires a proven track record in sales.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, where you've successfully qualified and managed deals using established sales methodologies. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs is paramount, as you will be selling Nextiva's complete portfolio of customer experience products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by results, consistently achieving and exceeding quotas for new bookings.
Your experience includes prospecting and qualifying leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events. You understand the importance of building meaningful connections and are passionate about helping businesses enhance their customer experiences. You are adaptable and forward-thinking, ready to embrace the innovative culture at Nextiva.
Desirable
Experience in selling cloud-based business systems, AI solutions, or contact center technologies would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with the mid-market landscape and the challenges these businesses face will help you tailor your approach effectively.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Nextiva, you will play a crucial role in redefining customer experiences for mid-market companies. You will be expected to consistently achieve and exceed your sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your ability to manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals will be essential. You will also participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your reach and build relationships within the mid-market sector.
