Snowflake is hiring an Enablement Partner in London to support their Solution Engineering team. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing enablement strategies to equip the sales organization. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Who you are
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, focusing on enablement strategies that empower sales teams to achieve their goals. Your background includes a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to create impactful training programs that drive performance. You excel in building relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization. You are disciplined in your approach, preferring to build and manage strategic plans rather than react to ad-hoc requests. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to build, implement, and manage critical enablement programs that ensure the sales organization is well-equipped with the necessary content, training, and resources. You will establish yourself as a key member of the SE leadership team, contributing to the definition and development of the Global SE Enablement plan. Your collaboration with the Global SE Onboarding team will help shape and continuously refine the onboarding program based on the segment's needs. You will build strategic partnerships and align with internal and cross-functional subject matter experts to enhance content creation and delivery. Additionally, you will work closely with your Enablement peers to create greater scale and share resources that reduce unnecessary work.
