What you'll do
In this role, you will build and lead a team of sales engineers who are experts in product introduction and evaluation. You will partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and ensure that strong relationships are built with customers and partners. Your guidance will be crucial in navigating sales cycles and addressing any product obstacles or gaps. You will also play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates, managing the interview process to ensure that your team is equipped with top talent. As a player/coach, you will balance your time between leading your team and engaging directly with customers to drive business growth.
