Who you are
You are an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for building customer relationships. As an Account Executive, you possess the confidence and ability to negotiate and close agreements with clients, driven to exceed performance objectives. You thrive in environments with some ambiguity and demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly. Your excitement about being positioned in the cloud-based economy drives you to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Snowflake’s solutions.
You are familiar with a solution-based approach to selling and have experience managing complex sales processes. Your excellent presentation and listening skills enable you to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. You have superb organization and contact management capabilities, ensuring that you can manage the relationships of 50-70 clients within a specific industry effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage client relationships, building trusted connections with Snowflake's internal resources, external partners, and client account teams. You will qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance to set proper expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to align Snowflake’s solutions with client needs will help enable and accelerate growth.
You will be responsible for driving business opportunities and expanding Snowflake's presence in the market. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are positioned as a trusted advisor. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and Snowflake’s offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
