Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand customer usage of Notion's tools. Your ability to educate clients on enhancing collaboration and productivity is key to your success in this role.
You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and are skilled at iterating on processes to retain and grow accounts. Your creativity shines through as you navigate contract renewals and work to mitigate churn. You are comfortable holding face-to-face and virtual meetings, ensuring that you connect with clients effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in building a robust pipeline and generating revenue for Notion. You will actively prospect and develop new accounts, educating potential clients on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, and creatively iterating on the contract renewal process to retain and grow accounts.
You will collaborate closely with your team to define and iterate on sales motions, providing valuable customer feedback to help shape Notion's roadmap. Your role will require you to hold meetings with clients, both in-person and via Zoom, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are getting the most out of Notion's offerings.
What we offer
Notion fosters a culture of in-person collaboration, requiring team members to work from the office on designated Anchor Days. The estimated range for total on-target earnings for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, reflecting Notion's commitment to rewarding talent and hard work.
