You have a proven track record in partner development and strategic alliances, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you've successfully managed partnerships that drive significant business growth and customer success. Your ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships is second to none, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can align stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions — you understand how to leverage insights to drive go-to-market strategies and improve partner performance. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

You are proactive and results-oriented, always looking for ways to enhance partnership effectiveness and deliver value to customers — you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are adept at navigating challenges as they arise. Your experience in the APJ region is a plus, as you understand the unique dynamics and opportunities within this market.

Desirable

Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software partnerships would be advantageous — familiarity with cloud technologies and data platforms is a strong plus. A background in sales or marketing can also enhance your ability to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Partner Development Manager for the SAP partnership, you will lead the development and execution of the partner strategy in the APJ region — your primary focus will be on driving growth through alignment with key stakeholders in product, sales, and marketing. You will collaborate closely with Snowflake and SAP teams to deliver enablement materials and support mutual partners in enhancing their capabilities.

You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and will work to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at SAP — this includes sales leadership and product teams, ensuring that both organizations are aligned on goals and objectives. You will manage the business relationship, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that both parties are positioned for success.

Your role will involve coordinating with global colleagues across the Americas and EMEA to share best practices and drive consistency in partnership execution — you will also be expected to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the partnership, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
