What you'll do

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Snowflake, you will lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate compensation structures and ensure they meet both internal and external standards. You will manage the execution of global planning cycles, focusing on maintaining data integrity and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes, providing valuable market intelligence and insights that inform decision-making.
