Who you are
You have a proven track record in revenue strategy and operations, with experience leading commissions and deal desk operations. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships across various departments, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product. You are detail-oriented and focused on reliability and process management, ensuring that deal velocity and pricing integrity are maintained across the business.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy influencing go-to-market strategies through data-driven insights. Your ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to stakeholders is one of your key strengths. You understand the importance of incentive alignment and are committed to driving success for the sales team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Commissions and Deal Desk operations, shaping and scaling revenue operations processes. You will work closely with Sales to ensure that deals are processed efficiently and that pricing integrity is upheld. Your insights will help influence the go-to-market strategy, enabling the field to operate effectively.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with the overall business objectives.
