Overview

Snowflake is hiring a Partner Development Director to strengthen and expand collaboration with Accenture. You'll drive growth through strategic partnerships and Go-To-Market programs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in partnership management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally with experience working alongside Global System Integrators (GSIs) like Accenture. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to drive growth and deliver results effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about leveraging data to overcome challenges and enhance partnership success.

You understand the importance of Go-To-Market strategies and have experience in executing programs that align with business objectives. Your communication skills enable you to establish critical executive relationships, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged. You are a builder and a finisher — someone who not only drafts plans but also drives them to completion, mobilizing teams to achieve shared goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the single point of accountability for the health and velocity of the partnership between Snowflake and Accenture. You will be responsible for driving growth with joint customers and delivering key Go-To-Market programs that enhance collaboration and success. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing executive relationships, enabling partners to grow their Snowflake competency, and ensuring customer success through effective partnership strategies.

You will work closely with internal teams to align on objectives and mobilize resources to support the partnership's growth. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying challenges and opportunities, allowing you to proactively address issues before they become blockers. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the partnership, pushing the pace of innovation and ensuring that both Snowflake and Accenture can achieve their full potential together.

What we offer

At Snowflake, we foster a culture of impact, innovation, and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly influence the success of our partnerships and the growth of our business. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Join us in building a future where data empowers enterprises to thrive.
