Anthropic is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the strategic relationship with Accenture. You'll be responsible for transforming how Accenture adopts and deploys AI solutions across their enterprise practice. You have a proven track record in strategic partnership management, ideally within the technology or AI sectors — your experience includes engaging with C-suite executives and driving high-impact collaborations. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Your background includes developing and executing strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives — you understand how to balance short-term wins with long-term goals, ensuring that partnerships deliver mutual value. You are adept at analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth within partnerships.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams — your ability to build relationships and foster trust is key to your success. You are results-oriented and have a strong sense of accountability for revenue and investment decisions.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology partnerships is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. You may have a background in consulting or professional services, which gives you insight into the needs and challenges faced by large organizations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap for the partnership with Accenture, defining investment decisions and revenue accountability. You will work closely with Accenture to develop production-grade solutions powered by Anthropic's AI technologies, ensuring that implementations reflect the company's commitment to safe and beneficial AI.
You will engage with Accenture's global leadership to drive execution in priority markets, orchestrating the relationship across all dimensions, including customer engagement and co-selling initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying key verticals for focus and structuring the partnership to maximize value creation.
You will collaborate with internal teams to align resources and support the partnership's objectives, ensuring that both organizations benefit from the collaboration. You will also monitor the partnership's performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve strategic goals.
