What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Snowflake, you will be the technical lead for your assigned customers, ensuring their workloads run smoothly on our platform. You will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies that enable customers to achieve their business goals. Your role will involve engaging with customers post-production, providing them with the necessary technical guidance and support.
