What you'll do
As a Staff Product Designer at Snyk, you will lead the design strategy for the Developer Experience team, focusing on enhancing the IDE, CLI, and MCP surfaces. You will conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the features you develop meet the needs of developers. You will work closely with R&D teams, influencing product direction through your research findings and design proposals. Your role will involve creating user journeys and flows that guide users through the product seamlessly, leveraging AI-assisted prototyping to validate ideas early in the design process.
You will collaborate with other designers to create a unified Snyk experience, ensuring that all product features align with the company's mission and values. Running workshops will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help teams understand design priorities and foster alignment on design goals.
