Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of product design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies — you've led product design projects from initial ideation through detailed execution and delivery, ensuring user interactions and UI transformations are top-notch. Your experience in agile teams has equipped you with a pragmatic approach to delivering within established design frameworks and processes.

You are proficient in translating design research, strategic market positioning, and technical requirements into cohesive designs — your ability to craft exceptional, user-centric digital experiences is evident in your portfolio. You understand the complexities of designing for a two-sided platform within the travel industry and are a champion for design thinking within your organization.

What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent consumer experiences.

You will contribute to the development of a design system that standardizes visual styles, UI patterns, and functional logic across our entire product suite — your thought leadership in product design will be crucial as you work within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that the design solutions you propose meet the needs of users while aligning with business goals.

What we offer

At TripAdvisor, you will be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team — we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance the travel experience for millions of users worldwide. We value collaboration and innovation, and you will be supported in your professional growth within our organization.
