Your experience in developing and implementing training programs has equipped you with the skills to enhance the technical capabilities of sales and support teams. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What you'll do
As the Technical Sales Enablement Lead at Snyk, you will be responsible for designing and executing global technical enablement programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our Solution Engineers and customer-facing teams. You will work closely with leadership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that our teams are well-equipped to demonstrate the value of our AI-native Developer Security Platform.
You will lead initiatives to develop training materials and resources that effectively communicate our product capabilities and use cases. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that all customer-facing teams have a deep technical understanding of our offerings, enabling them to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Your role will also involve monitoring the effectiveness of enablement programs and making data-driven decisions to refine and improve them. You will be a key player in driving the success of our global teams, ensuring they are prepared to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving software development landscape.
