You have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or sales enablement, ideally building programs from scratch in early-stage or high-growth environments. You hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision, enjoying the challenge of solving complex problems and building from first principles. You thrive in fast-changing, high-growth settings, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to transform a lean, high-performing team into a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion. You are passionate about coaching and developing sales teams, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. You understand the importance of establishing systems and culture that will define a sales organization as it grows.
What you'll do
As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will work directly with the founders and sales leadership to build the foundation of Reducto's revenue engine from the ground up. Your role will involve shaping how the company sells, coaches, and scales, establishing the systems that will support the sales organization as it expands from 27 to over 100 employees. You will be responsible for developing training programs that enhance the skills of account executives, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of a rapidly growing market. You will also analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment between sales and other departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. Your insights will be crucial in defining the sales strategy and executing initiatives that lead to sustainable growth.
