Socure is hiring a Go-to-Market Operations Analyst to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in improving opportunity management and sales funnel effectiveness. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have experience in operations or business analysis, ideally within a sales or marketing context — you understand the intricacies of opportunity management and pipeline hygiene, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key. You are detail-oriented and capable of supporting various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to enhance overall sales effectiveness. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements.

You are a proactive communicator who can build relationships across departments — you understand the importance of connecting different teams to achieve common goals. You are comfortable working with Commercial Leadership and have a knack for aligning strategic initiatives with operational execution. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

What you'll do

As a Go-to-Market Operations Analyst at Socure, you will play a critical role in supporting Sales Reps and Commercial Leadership in opportunity management and pipeline hygiene. You will partner on account planning and capacity planning initiatives, ensuring alignment across various teams. Your responsibilities will include improving forecasting processes and execution rigor, as well as supporting Sales Enablement efforts to refresh core opportunity management processes. You will act as a connective tissue between Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams, helping to scale repeatable processes and enhance overall sales funnel effectiveness.
