You are a detail-oriented and motivated individual with experience in revenue operations or sales support. You understand the importance of accurate contract administration and have a knack for ensuring compliance with company policies. Your familiarity with Salesforce CRM allows you to maintain system integrity and manage deal processes effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales teams to streamline operations. Your analytical mindset helps you document processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the sales function operates smoothly and efficiently. You are eager to learn and grow within the revenue operations field, with a clear career path ahead.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Deal Desk Manager in reviewing, approving, and processing sales contracts, quotes, and order forms. You will ensure that all deal details are accurately reflected in Salesforce and related financial systems, maintaining the integrity of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include documenting processes and updating internal documentation to reflect best practices.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the GTM functions of Paddle, directly contributing to revenue recognition integrity. Your attention to detail will help prevent errors and ensure that all sales activities comply with company guidelines. As you grow in this position, you will have opportunities to take on more specialized responsibilities within revenue operations management.
